Individual SYNC Health Services are exclusively available to Sync Health Members and can either be billed to commercial insurance or available at specially discounted Direct to Member prices. The prices below are for cash pay (Direct to Member). Member responsibility for insurance billed services will be determined based on insurance plan coverage (i.e. deductible, co-insurance, max out-of-pocket). The Sync Care Team will advise and guide members on the most economical way to pay for Health Services based on insurance coverage details.
