What is food sensitivity testing?
SYNC Health offers the Oxford Biomedical Technologies’ MRT (Mediator Release Test), which is the most comprehensive blood test for food sensitivities. The test measures your body’s reaction to 170 different foods down to what is happening inside your cells when they are exposed to certain foods and chemicals. This can determine which foods or chemical are causing inflammation in your body, which can lead to a wide range of symptoms.
